As we age, it is common to encounter various physiological issues due to the decline in cardiorespiratory function, muscle loss, and reduced physical activity. These can include multiple chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol, as well as degenerative pain in the lower back and knees, osteoporosis, and an increased risk of falls. These issues not only affect physical health but also impact social interactions and emotional well-being, for instance, reducing outings due to the fear of falling. However, many of these problems can be prevented or significantly mitigated through appropriate exercise.

老友記,隨着年紀漸長,容易會因心肺機能減退,肌肉流失及運動減少導致不同生理問題,例如三高、腰背及膝頭退化及痛症、骨質疏鬆、及容易跌倒等問題。不單止影響身體健康,仲影響 社交及情緒,例如因害怕跌倒而減少外出。但其賣透過適當運動,很多以上的問題都可以預防,及大大減少其嚴重性。
