Our Fitness & S&C training program tailors to each client’s need, achieving certain body type or meeting specific fitness goals or sports performance. Our professional coach will carry out comprehensive assessment looking at the movement biomechanics, body composition, current physical fitness on strength, endurance, cardiorespiratory and core stability, and specific sports drills and performance. The training program is highly specific to the assessment and fitness goal of the client (body transformation, sport performance enhancement, strength and conditioning) and implemented under our close guidance and supervision throughout the training journey.
